● The Medicine Hat Condo Association (MHCA) began in 1998 as an informal group where board members, property managers and owners can share information and educate themselves about the condo industry.

● The MHCA Mission is to provide an opportunity for condos to network, learn and share information at a local level.
● Presentations by industry professionals are a highlight at some of the meetings.
● Advocacy to Municipal and Provincial Governments on condo issues.
● Shared information from other organizations such as the Condominium Owners Forum Society of Alberta (COF) and the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI).
